Please tell us what made you join SHIP and why?

My main job was as a web designer, building e-commerce sites and doing web marketing while renovating pages.
I had a chance to meet Mr. Tsumagari, who I worked with at my previous job, privately. At that time, I heard about SHIP's business content and current situation, and became interested in the content of work that I had not been involved in before (UI/UX design and design of management screens, apps, etc.). I received an invitation and decided to join the company.

Do you believe that you have grown personally through your work?

As a web designer, I have created many LPs and corporate sites.
When I joined SHIP, I was in charge of everything from UI/UX design to the management screen, which I had no prior experience in. We held many meetings with the customers who would actually be operating the system, thinking about the information design and wires (configuration), creating specifications that would be easy to operate, considering various patterns and processes as we create the system.
Knowledge of UI/UX is also required, so I feel like I'm growing every day as I work while thinking about all the processes and things.

How is the atmosphere like at SHIP?

It feels like a venture (lol)
As we continue to grow as part of our second term, I feel that all of our employees are working towards a common goal and are receiving positive inspiration from each other.

Finally, what are your current challenges?

The current UI/UX design that I am working on right now is from a different design field that I have experienced in the past, so I want to work considerably harder in relation to the customer’s operations.
To achieve this, I want to actively incorporate new knowledge, catch information as quickly as possible, and input, and output necessary information. I think it would be great if we could create an environment where junior designers can grow along with their colleagues.
