To avoid any mismatch, we offer a casual interview instead of a formal interview.

Selection Process

Each item in the selection process is scheduled to take approximately 7 days.

STEP 01
Web Entry
Web entry process

Please select your desired position from the recruitment requirements/entries in this recruitment site and fill out the application form.

STEP 02
Document Screening
Document screening process

Please prepare your resume and work history. If you are a technical worker and have a portfolio, please also submit it.

STEP 03
Initial Interview
First interview process

An initial interview will be conducted with the person in charge. Please tell us about your previous work experience, skills, and qualifications you obtained at school.

STEP 04
Final Interview
Final interview process

Those who pass the first interview will have a final interview with an officer. Final confirmation of employment conditions, etc. will also be made at this stage.

STEP 05
Official Offer
Job offer process

For those who pass the second interview, we will contact you with an offer at a later date.

FAQ

I am currently employed, can I still apply?
You can apply! Depending on your situation, your joining date can be discussed. Also Please contact us if you would like to schedule an interview on a day other than the weekdays.
Is the interview held online?
Although interviews are usually conducted online, offline interviews can also be accepted depending on the circumstances.
Is it possible for foreign nationals to apply?
Japanese skills are required, but you can apply! Currently, SHIP has many foreign employees from countries such as Vietnam and Australia.
