FAQ

I am currently employed, can I still apply?
You can apply! Depending on your situation, your joining date can be discussed. Also Please contact us if you would like to schedule an interview on a day other than the weekdays.
Is the interview held online?
Although interviews are usually conducted online, offline interviews can also be accepted depending on the circumstances.
Is it possible for foreign nationals to apply?
Japanese skills are required, but you can apply! Currently, SHIP has many foreign employees from countries such as Vietnam and Australia.

Document Screening
Document screening process

Please prepare your resume and work history. If you are a technical worker and have a portfolio, please also submit it.

STEP 03
Initial Interview
First interview process

An initial interview will be conducted with the person in charge. Please tell us about your previous work experience, skills, and qualifications you obtained at school.

STEP 04
Final Interview
Final interview process

Those who pass the first interview will have a final interview with an officer. Final confirmation of employment conditions, etc. will also be made at this stage.

Official Offer
Job offer process

For those who pass the second interview, we will contact you with an offer at a later date.
